I have had great experiences at Axxis. I bought an e46 BMW (325i from 2002) and brought it to Axxis for evaluation. Unfortunately, it required extensive repairs (oil leaks, coolant leaks, power steering leaks) and some maintenance items. Alex and crew did a fabulous job getting the car done. They even sent me pictures of my engine internals. The process was transparent, with Jenna sending me updated estimates as needed and giving me the opportunity to approve or reject the line items. I highly recommend the Axxis repair shop!

I cannot say enough good. Our Pre-Purchase Inspection through Axxis was worth every penny: Professional, thorough, knowledgable, detailed while making everything clear for us to understand.I have a very clear understanding of what I am purchasing as well as great feedback to be aware of, regarding the type of vehicle it was, during vehicle's life with us. Not only did we get great feedback on the Make/Model itself, but we feel we had unmatched expert evaluations on our particular truck with its modifications. All future purchases for us, and hopefully you, will use Axxis for the pre-purchase inspection....in fact, they will be our first choice of dealership when looking for a vehicle when our next teenager is ready to ride.

This business is a rare find, we’ve brought our cars here for several years and they have always been reliable, trustworthy, and straightforward. Our cars have always been repaired by the time they gave us or sooner, and for the price they quoted us- no surprises. The employees are very pleasant to deal with and explain what’s going on in laypersons terms so that even someone like me who is clueless about cars can understand. I am very pleased with this shop and would recommend it to anyone.

Alex, Lauren and the entire team are excellent! They care for your car long term, present issues but no pressure at all. You will not have a long list of problems. The waiting room is THE BEST!!! Teddy the labradoodle PUPPY greets you with enthusiasm, fresh coffee ready, AC pumping and great vibes. I MEAN, awesome service, good and fair prices, peace of mind it’s done right.

Had an issue with my battery light coming on. I have researched and found it could have been anything, battery, alternator or firmware update. Ben and Rob found the issue right off the bat, brought me back and hi owed me what was going on. My terminal was damaged and someone put a shim in it, this in turn caused corrosion and a connectivity issue creating the light to come on. Thanks guys! I will be back for upkeep.
